Chilterns House

An extensive refurbishment and extensions to a derelict 1930's house to create a low energy family home in the Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire.

Environmentally, we have taken a rigorous fabric first approach working towards Passivhaus with high levels of insulation (beyond building regulation requirements) and incorporating solar panels, home batteries, a heat pump, ev charging, solar control glass, solar shading and rainwater harvesting.

Completion on site is expected shortly.
